In the interview with our associate NVIDIA company President  , Mr.Jen-Hsun huang, answered to many questions, which concern present and nearest future . NVIDIA leader Emphasizes that the actively discussed BY MEDIA problem ( appearance of defects in the mobile chips ) concerns only a limited quantity of notebooks . NVIDIA already work on the replacement and repair of defective graphic products on interaction with notebooks producers. NVIDIA is not assembled to leave the chipset business. The appearance of new application spheres for video chip , also positively influences the image of company. NVIDIA is not assembled to build its own factory for chips production  , it is completely contented by the collaboration with TSMC and UMC. AND here talking about the mastery of 40 nm technology with TSMC participation  ,  NVIDIA prefers to observe caution in forecasts and statements. We can only assume that the first 40/45 nm NVIDIA products will be released BY TSMC not earlier than the first quarter of the following year. The management of company does not see threat in the preparation of hybrid processors by Intel and AMD companies. First, NVIDIA believes in its graphical solutions, integrated chipset or discrete video card. Moreover NVIDIA solutions are supported WITH CUDA, and this additional advantage. NVIDIA does not consider that the graphic chips must substitute the central processors , and it does not plan to integrate processor blocks into its video chip. However, the company will continue adding new functional possibilities in its video chips . NVIDIA considers that Intel will not be able with ease to get in the market for productive discrete video card using larrabee class products   One chip high end graphical solutions are as before the priority developmental trend for NVIDIA. Multi-chip products  are not scaled effectively from the performance side . NVIDIA President hopes that the market for graphic chips can grow . In this case the company will pay attention to some new segments - for example, integrated solutions for mobile devices. In this sector NVIDIA counts on ARM- architecture. Related Products :
