The first core i7 overclocking attempt showed that processor with the limited multiplier can be overclocked to approximately 220 MHz bus (133 MHz default). This will allow processors with the locked multiplier to overclock (in air) to the frequencies of more than 4.0 GHz. The engineering model core i7 extreme 965  C0 stepping was overclocked to 4.2 GHz with the 21x multiplier and 200 MHz bus frequency (without vcore increase) . According to associate , a overclocker group  from some Europe countries already works at the extreme overclocking of bloomfield processors with the use of liquid nitrogen. More result will flow. 	That CPU-Z screenshot shows a vcore of 1.20 V, which is FAR from the default voltage! :-)

	Vcore of 1.72 is WAY above the 965\'s default Vcore. Standard vcore for the 965 is around 1.275 volts -- 1.72 volts is *35% higher% than the default vcore.

	1.72vcore! Holy shit thats high. That\'s not default, that\'s leaving the voltage setting to \'auto\' and it superclocking it. Max should be around 1.55v and that\'s really pushing it. i7 975 intel site: http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=37153
