We recently reported that the desktop 45 NM processors phenom II X4 can appear in the market before its official announcement, at the end of December in the  present year. The expected prices are : $275 for the Phenom II X4 940 Black edition (3.0 GHz) and $235 for the Phenom II X4 920 (2.8 GHz). Today associate reported that on sale the phenom II X4 processors will enter not earlier than January.  The processors phenom II X4 ensures a performance increase by up to 20% in comparison with their predecessors. Associate also confirmed that Phenom II X4 940 Black edition (3.0 GHz) will cost $275, and the price Of phenom II X4 920 (2.8 GHz) will be equal to $235. Related Products :

	the price for Phenom II x4 $275? why is it so cheal ?? intel i7 965 cost £825 the cache 8mb the sam clock speed same. Just dont get it

	Since Intel owns a large market share and AMD was in trouble, they think they get to set their prices to whatever they want and people are still going to buy them. Look at all the people who bought the QX9650 at ~$1000USD. Intel needed a new, overpriced CPU for their new socket and the i7 965 is what they picked. This is what I\'ve been waiting for. Upgrade my X2 5000+ BE to the X4 940 BE.
