In the final financial report version for the fourth quarter 2008 Intel company decreased its gain volumes forecast  . It was assumed that in the passed block Intel could rescue up to 20% less than in the previous block, and up to 23% less than in the analogous period 2007. The value of clean profit generally was reduced by 90% in comparison with the analogous period 2007, and by 88% in comparison with the third quarter current year. In the past block the processors and chipset  sales volumes were substantially reduced. Gain from Intel Atom composed $300 ml. - this up to 50% greater than in the third quarter 2008. If we do not look at the minuses indices , then it is possible to recognize 2008 years as successful. In 2008 Intel in any case,  dispatched a record quantity of processors and chipset, and also set a new record on the gain from the sales of server and mobile products. It was possible to increase profit rate from 52% to 55,5%. In the first quarter in the present year, this value will be approximately up to 40%, since the equipment will be underloaded , and preparation for passage on 32 NM technical process will require expenditures. Together with administrative and advertising expenditures, in this block Intel is going to spend $2,5 billion, but in all over the years the budget of scientific research works will not exceed $5,4 billion, Intel is not assembled to reduce the preparation rates for the passage on 32 NM technical process  - the first mobile and desktop processors models, released on 32 NM technology, will appear in the second-half of this year. Atom processors and Intel server solutions will pass on 32 NM technology later. New technical processes over the long term must allow the company to decrease expenditures for processors production .
