We already reported about the experiment of Finnish overclockers, which on CES 2009 overclocked the processor phenom II X4 940 Black edition to 6.3 GHz with the use of liquid helium, which cooled the copper container to the temperature of -242 degree Celsius . Helium boiling point is equal minus 269 degree Celsius.
Today appeared a proof about new record for phenom II X4 940 Black edition which reached 6.5 GHz:

True, the record in 3DMark'05 was set at the frequency of 6.3 GHz. The minimum temperature reached in this experiment was equal to minus 242 degree Celsius.
