In the negotiations between IBM and Sun microsystems last week we saw two tendencies: the first attempted to reduce the transaction sum  , the second attempted to obtain from IBM the guarantee of its completion even with the presence of claims from the side of anti monopolistic organs. As reports associate, on Sunday the negotiations between IBM and Sun were set under the threat of disruption, since the directors council of the latter was dissatisfied by the current transaction conditions . In the opinion of sun microsystems directors, the existing conditions do not leave for IBM many chances, which do not allow to make the transaction end. Furthermore, IBM decreased the purchase amount(actions) of sun to $9.1-9.4. Now IBM is deprived from the exclusive right for negotiating about the purchase Of sun. Inevitable interest in the transaction from the side of anti monopolistic organs complicates the situation.
