It was considered that the first south bridge with SATA-600 interface support will become AMD SB800. The interest in this interface advance was demonstrated by AMD and Seagate, that have available acting prototypes and the corresponding devices. It is remarkable, that SATA-600 will be, first of all, claimed by solid-state disk, since classical HDD is completely satisfied by the existing speeds data transmission , used in SATA-300 interface.
Associate introduced some correctives in the description of first south bridge with SATA-600 support. First , it's official name is SB850. This southern bridge will appear in the middle of the fourth quarter present year, it will ensure support to six ports SATA-600 and 14 ports USB.  SB850 will be coupled with the north bridges RD890 and RS880D. The latter will possess the graphic core RV620 (Radeon HD 3400) with directX 10.1 and UVD 2.0 support.
