The independent analytical agency iSuppli presented the press release, in which it reported a record drop in the deliveries volumes of computers in the last seven years. If analysts predicted, that in the first quarter this year the world deliveries volumes of computers will be lowered by 4%, then the real decrease in the annual expression composed 8,1%. In comparison with the fourth quarter 2008 the drop composed 14,4%.
The desktop sector was the worst one : in comparison with the analogous period 2008, in the first quarter present year the deliveries volumes of computers decreased by 23%. The deliveries volumes of mobile computers, on the contrary, grew by 10%. According to iSuppli forecasts , the notebook segment will continue to grow in the present year, and it will reach up to 14% of the world market for notebooks. From the five of OEM largest computer producers , in which enter HP, Dell, Acer, Lenovo and Toshiba, positive deliveries dynamics in the past block demonstrated HP (+0,4%), Acer (+9,5%) and Toshiba (+13,2%). In the portion of HP at the given moment we have 19,7% of market for computers, Dell is satisfied by 13,2%, and Acer - 11,1%. | ||
