AMD and NVIDIA with the participation of  TSMC with the variable success master the mass production of 40 nm chips, but both producers already think about the passage on 28 nm technical process. It is assumed that their services on the release of 28 nm video chip through a pair of years can propose company TSMC and Globalfoundries. At least, the experimental production of 28 nm chips at both producers will start already in the following year. Associate with the reference to NVIDIA head reports that the company soon will be determined with the selection of contractor for the release of 28 nm video chip, which will appear for the market as minimum in two years.
