GeForce g210, first desktop video card NVIDIA on base of 40 nm graphic processor GT218, has already been mentioned in our news . The young solution was also first NVIDIA video card with the support Of directX 10.1. This card is based on GT218 with 16 stream processors, 8  textures filtering units , and also 4 blocks of ROPS. With the DDR2 memory , the  graphic processor communicates using the 64- bit bus. Clock frequencies are 589/1402/499 (998 DDR) MHz for the core,  shader domain and memory respectively. The version of utilized chip was released on 19 weeks of this year., from May 4 to 10. Thus, NVIDIA already as a minimum , 4 months ago had the available finished models of this chip released on 40 nm technological process. The revision of chip is A2. The GT218 core area composes only 57.3 mm. The card has 4 memory chips ,  two from each sides, forming  512 mb volume. Power-supply system is organized according to the simplest diagram 1+1. In all tests, this card lost competing low-end AMD product on base of graphic processor RV710.
