AMD presented the first four core processor which cost less than $100 - here we deal with Athlon II X4 620 (2.6 GHz), which in the official Price- list from now occupies the symbolic position $99. The processor Athlon II X4 630 (2.8 GHz) is evaluated by the producer at $122.
Both processors have the socket AM3, TDP level not more than 95 W support dual-channel memory DDR 2-1067 and DDR 3-1333 (unofficially up to DDR 3-1600). The hyperTransport 3.0 frequency is equal to 4 GHz. For each of four cores there is 128 KB cache first level and 512 KB cache in the second level. The cache in the third level is physically absent from the crystal.
The processors Athlon II X4 6xx are based on C2 stepping propus core , it is possible to distinguish them by the marking : ADX620WFK42GI (ADX620WFGIBOX) and ADX630WFK42GI (ADX630WFGIBOX), respectively. Prices of other desktops AMD processors did not change today. Related Products :
