Recently, IBM company , one of the development leaders , stated about the creation of most compact and most rapid chip eDRAM (built in dynamic random access storage ). This memory type is sufficiently used , for example, in the processors IBM power7, and also in different gaming consoles, including PlayStation portable, Xbox 360, Wii, and others. Each storage cell is two times more compact than the cell of static storage (SRAM), released on 22 nm standards, including the one announced in 2008 by IBM.
