During February this year Fujitsu company made a decision about the transfer Of hard disk production , while during May Fujitsu left the joint enterprise for the production of magnetic heads. Output from the business on the production of hard disks had to pass in two stages: first Toshiba will obtain 80% of actions, and to December 2010 Fujitsu will return the remained 20% of actions. On this week Fujitsu completed the transfer of 80% action packet to the corresponding subdivision of Toshiba storage device corp company. Toshiba due to the acquisition of these active membership desires to strengthen its positions on the market for hard disks. | ||
