Lenovo yesterday announced a deal with Google's acquisition of division Motorola Mobility, to produce smartphones and smart watch.  Incidentally, despite these independent experts, Lenovo believes itself the third largest producer of smartphones in the world.  More precisely, the company believes that it will take place after assigning the trademark Lenovo, and while it shares fourth place with LG.  This year, Lenovo expects to sell at least 100 million. The deal amounted to $ 2.91 billion., But Lenovo will pay once only $ 660 million., About a half billion dollars will be paid in installments over three years, and the equivalent of $ 750 million. Google shares will be transferred to Lenovo, after which the American giant will receive 4.7% in the capital of the Chinese manufacturer.  Installment payment will require additional costs of Lenovo in the amount of $ 228 million.
