ATIC Investment company , which belongs to Abu- Dabit government, manages 55,6% of actions of globalfoundries company  , in which AMD isolated its production capacities. To two Dresden factories globalfoundries  will not be limited - company began the building of factory in the state of New York and plans to build a factory in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, and also research center. Furthermore, ATIC gave the claim for the acquisition of the Singapore company chartered semiconductor, which already obtained the approval of shareholders. ATIC company stated on this week that it succeeded in obtaining approval for the acquisition Of chartered semiconductor in the public organs of Singapore. Since the company shareholders  already approved this transaction, in  18 December, 2009. From the American index Of nasdaq the actions Of chartered will be excluded on 28 December, while from the Singapore index SGX - on 29 December.
