The memory modules series xtreem LV are made on the printed-circuit boards with eight-layer design. Simultaneously Team group promised to demonstrate on CeBIT 2010 its solid-state disk series xtreem-S1 with sandForce controller,   capable of ensuring the transmission speed  to 270 Mbyte(s)/s on reading operations,  and to 260 Mbyte(s)/s on writing operations.
