The SSD adapt the memory chips NAND MLC : total volume 60, 120 and 240 GB, and also 64 MB DDR2 memory as cache. The devices standard size 2,5 inch support USB 2.0 and SATA 3 Gbit/s interfaces.  Being positioned as potential replacement to hard disk in desktop or mobile PC, SSD can develop the reading speed up to 220 MB./s. writing speed, depending on volume can reach 120, 140 or 160 MB/s. with the connection to the port USB 2.0 this indices will be limited to the values of 35 and 25 MB/s respectively.
