On this week, appeared new information about 28 nm mobile graphical solutions AMD . Current AMD road map  mentions about the following mobile graphical solutions, which will be released on the the old 40 nm technology in the coming year: Mobile video card radeon HD 6xxx with directX 11 support will be presented on the January exhibition CES 2011. Blackcomb (40 nm) - > Wimbledon (28 nm, TDP = 65 W); Granville (40 nm) - > Heathrow (28 nm, TDP = 35-45 W); Whistler (40 nm) - > Chelsea (28 nm, TDP = 20-30 W); Seymour (40 nm) - > Thames (28 nm, TDP = 15-20 W). It is expected that the three low-end video card series will be released in the fourth quarter 2011, and high end wimbledon will be detained to the second quarter 2012. This graphical solution MXM 3.0 can be equipped by two or four gigas-byte  GDDR5 memory, Bus will be 256- bit. The graphical solutions series heathrow will be released in the versions with 128- bit and 192- bit bus, the GDDR5 capacity can be equal to 1.5 Gb or 3 Gb. The speed level is compared only with the low-end solution of the same generation: Heathrow will be 30% faster than Chelsea.
