Experts concur in the opinion, that global economic crisis influenced the passage periods of lithographic production to the use of larger silicic plates standard size 450 mm, which reduce the prime production cost of one microcircuit and simultaneously raise the productivity of factory. Intel company recently confirmed that the constructed in USA factory fab D1X, which will start to function in 2013, originally considers the possibility of passage to the use of silicic plates standard size 450 mm.
