ASRock work currently on new high end motherboard for next generation intel processor : X79 Extreme7.  We note the number of RAM slots . The processors Sandy Bridge-E has four-channel controller , and, accordingly, most motherboards are equipped with four slots ( slot per channel) or eight (two slots per channel). The motherboard ASRock has six, and they are located, as expected, on both sides of the socket. Number of voltage regulator module phases is equal to eight. There are five slots PCI Express x16, we can assume that ASRock announces the possibility of support for interface version 3.0 for at least four of them. There are nine slots SATA.
