Drives Interface mSATA is used in embedded systems and mobile computers, including tablet devices. ADATA company , realized drive form factor mSATA, SSD XM13, which are based on SandForce SF-2141 and 25 nm memory type MLC. The devices operate in SATA-300, providing data transmission speeds up to 280 MB / s and 260 Mb / s for read and write operations, respectively. Transfer rate of arbitrary blocks of data up to 12 500 IO per second. Drives have overall dimensions 50.95 x 30 x 4 mm, their weight does not exceed seven grams. In Canadian stores XM13 is already offered at a price of $ 139 for 60 GB version and $ 89 for 30 GB version. | ||
