During November last year MSI company stated about the plans with respect to the announcement of motherboard P6N diamond on the base of chipset nForce 680i SLI. This motherboard not only possess an original design, but also equipped with integrated sound class creative sound blaster X -Fi Xtreme audio. At the beginning of January MSI showed the photographs of this motherboard, and also promised to associates that in sale it will be available during January. It is pleasant to note that it support processors core 2 Duo with 1333 MHz system bus, which will be proposed in the third quarter of this year on the completely attractive prices. Traditional sound ports for the connection of eight-channel sound on the rear panel are also provided. The power subsystem of this motherboard uses only capacitors with solid polymeric electrolyte. In the market will also appear the motherboard MSI P6N SLI platinum on the base of chipset nForce 650i SLI, which support SLI according to ( PCI express x8 + PCI express x8) with the aid of two slots PCI express x16. This motherboard in this case is satisfied by the integrated sound on the base of controller realtek ALC888, and one gigabit port only .
