Following the official release of LGA2011 processors Sandy Bridge-E by Intel, ECS also announced two X79-motherboard model ECS X79R-AX Black Extreme and ECS X79R-AX Black Deluxe. Â Both models belong to the gaming line Black Series, have the form factor ATX, based on chipset Intel X79 Express and manufactured using high quality solid capacitors. Model X79R-AX Black Extreme support the technology 15 µ Gold Contact, designed to increase the reliability of the motherboard, in addition it is equipped with two sinks and copper heat pipes (using a proprietary technology Qooltech IV). Â Also, there are eight SATA III ports and four SATA II ports, two Gigabite Ethernet-controller, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters, two eSATA ports and Clear CMOS button on the rear panel. The general specifications for X79R-AX Black Extreme and X79R-AX Black Deluxe includes four slots DDR3 memory (up to 64 GB) with four-channel architecture, two slots PCI Express x1, four PCI Express x16 slots with support for 4-Way CrossFireX or 4 -Way SLI, support 7.1-channel HD Audio, as well as PS / 2 ports, four ports USB 3.0, six USB 2.0 ports and six audio jacks on the rear panel. | ||
