Japanese company NEC intends to lay off 10,000 employees, of which 3000 are working outside Japan.  At the moment the company employs about 112 thousand people, but in the future fiscal year, which begins in April, will lose their jobs 5000 permanent staff and another 5000 are on temporary contracts. These measures are due to the fact that the company still can not recover from the effects of flooding, which caused the closure of two NEC factories .  In addition, the company is losing its influence on the home market of mobile devices.
