The Taiwanese company FSP Group (Fortron Source Group), mainly known for its reliable power supply, using a qualitative element base and OEM-supplier for many well-known manufacturers, introduced a new series of power supplies, Raider. The new series will be available in devices 550 W, 650 W and 750 W, with a certificate of performance 80 PLUS Bronze. This certificate requires that the level of efficiency will be equal to 82% in low (20%) and strong (100%) load on the PSU and the level of efficiency will be equal to 85% with an average (50%) load on the PSU New items have one +12 V, two connectors PCI-E 6 +2 PIN, four SATA connectors and one 155-mm SATA cable, also support the following security systems: OCP - Overload protection of each output unit OVP - Protection overload , SCP - protection against short circuit , OTP - protection against overheating, OPP - overload protection for a total output power. For cooling the units is responsible super-quiet 120 mm fan (noise is not more than 19 dB at 50% load). The PSU Raider series will be cheaper than the popular series Epsilon, but slightly more expensive than mass range Hexa. | ||
