According to official AMD press release , the deliveries of graphic processors ATI radeon HD 2400 and ATI radeon HD 2600 already began to graphic cards producers . Those graphic processors support directX 10, high video resolution and all special feature of Windows vista aero interface . Graphic cards on their base will appear soon from : ASUS, Club 3d, Diamond multimedia, GeCube, Gigabyte, HIS, MSI, Palit, PowerColor, Sapphire and VisionTek. In both video card AMD used the technology UVD (Unified video decoder). Officially AMD confirmed , the absence of UVD in ATI radeon HD 2900. Let us recall, that UVD is a hardware component intended to accelerate video operations . The UVD presence is critical in multimedia PC, where this element helps to reduce the general energy consumption and the system noise level . According to AMD, the application OF UVD will be only in graphic processors with initial and average price level, such, as ATI mobility radeon HD 2300, ATI radeon HD 2400 and ATI radeon HD 2600. High end systems with ATI radeon HD 2900 is usually coupled with powerful central processors, so simply there are no need to help the processor .AMD here prefer to save .
