Some of Haswell processors generation with graphics core GT3 will share a substrate with a eDRAM chip, known under the code name Crystalwell .  The latter will play the role of high-speed cache for the built-D graphics accelerator.   In the list of projects to be presented at VLSI Technology Symposium in June, you can find references to a method of producing chips eDRAM on 22nm technology with ransistors and capacitors placement of metal-dielectric-metal over  bit line.   It is important to note that this will speed cache memory, leveling effect of a low-bandwidth bus standard DDR3. Back to the production of memory Intel may have an indirect impact on  Samsung and SK Hynix companies, occupying a leading position in the industry.  Probably, Intel will not keep a surplus products as stand-alone products giant also hardly interested in the market standard chip DRAM.  However, the performance level of integrated graphics processors Haswell GT3 can compete with discrete solutions like the NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M.   Related Products :
