In the current half year, Intel will expand the range of computing accelerators Xeon Phi, generated by the project Larrabee. .
So, this month, the family of accelerators Xeon Phi will expand and include five new models:
- Xeon Phi 7120X -> 61 core frequency of 1250/5500 MHz, second cache level 30.5 MB, 8 GB of GDDR5 memory, 1220 GFLOPS peak performance, TDP not exceeding 300 W;
- Xeon Phi 7120P -> 61 core frequency of 1250/5500 MHz, second cache level 30.5 MB, 8 GB of GDDR5 memory, 1220 GFLOPS peak performance, TDP not exceeding 300 W;
- Xeon Phi 5120D -> 60 cores, frequency of 1050/5500 MHz, second cache level 30 MB, 8 GB of GDDR5 memory, 1073 GFLOPS peak performance, TDP not more than 245 W;
- Xeon Phi 3120P -> 57 cores, frequency of 1100/5000 MHz, second cache level 28.5 MB, 6 GB of GDDR5 memory, 1003 GFLOPS peak performance, TDP not exceeding 300 W;
- Xeon Phi 3120A -> 57 cores, frequency of 1100/5000 MHz, second cache level 28.5MB, 6 GB of GDDR5 memory , 1003 GFLOPS peak performance, TDP up to 300 watts.
The difference between Xeon Phi 3120P and 3120A is a cooling device .
