Yesterday, we reported about electronic notebook Sony - a 13.3-inch tablet-based on electrophoretic display E Ink.    Model Plastic Logic e-book 100 E Ink screen with a diagonal of 10.7 inches, presented in  2011 September, could prove to be the world's first device with a sufficiently large flexible and unbreakable plastic screen.      Plastic Logic company ended cooperation with  E Ink company, promising to create a flexible (plastic) substrate of the thin film transistors using organic materials.  Then - the investors from the UK and Germany, who took more than $ 100 million to build the factory.  In the end, E Ink company ,  came to the start  - in cooperation with Sony.
