In February, NVIDIA demonstrated the reference smartphone Phoenix-based SoC Tegra 4i, which has a built-in cellular modem.
The prototype was released by an unnamed ODM-manufacturer.
Dimensions of the device are 138 x 72 x 7.9 mm. The device is equipped with a 4.8-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 z 720 pixels, 13-megapixel camera, 1GB of LPDDR2 memory and built-in flash memory, the amount of which can vary from 8 to 32 GB.
NVIDIA claims that this smartphone and a number of other models based on Tegra 4i will be released in the first quarter of 2014. Price of the device in the photos above, is $ 300-400.
