The formal announcement of the Ryzen Threadripper processors, which will be available only in a week and a half, still pushed AMD to make changes to the relevant sections of the official site. In particular, the two older models of the family have already appeared in the database with markings and characteristics. True, the flagship AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X in this table for some reason is devoid of binding to the design performance of Socket TR4, but this is probably a technical oversight.
Note that all three processors of the series (the younger 1900X are not yet included in the database) support four-channel DDR4-2667 memory, and in collaboration with the set of system logic AMD X399 offer 64 lines of PCI Express 3.0. In addition, these processors have a free multiplier, which facilitates their overclocking.
It is equally important that AMD's official price list has finally been updated, which the company's website provides access to "from the service entrance." But in this edition of the price list, not only AMD Ryzen Threadripper in the range of the two older models, but also Ryzen 3, and even the entire set of Bristol Ridge processors Socket AM4 are already mentioned!
The cost of hybrid versions of Bristol Ridge ranges from $ 47 to $ 99, and the only processor with a disabled graphics subsystem, the Athlon X4 950, costs $ 51. Thus, the system based on the processor in the performance of Socket AM4 can now be collected for less money.
