Colleagues tested conductive properties of mayonnaise on a longer period of time. Mayonnaise was applied to the processor Core i5-2500K, which was overclocked to 4.0 GHz with the core voltage 1.3 V when using the cooler Cooler Master Seidon 120XL, and loaded with utility Prime 95 25.11. Experimental facility has worked for 12 days.
After a period processor cover showed signs of oxidation which can be removed with a sponge. Best of all temperature control was maintained during the first day. I must say that the room temperature during the experiment did not exceed 14-16 degrees Celsius .By the fourth day of the experiment the CPU temperature has stabilized, rising by 6.7 degrees Celsius.
