Samsung has announced a new line of SSD 840 EVO performed mSATA. A key feature of these storage devices is chip NAND flash memory with high data density, the production of which is over 10-nm technology class (topological rates from 10 to 19 nm).   In the series there will be a few version 840 EVO, the volume of which can be 120, 250, 500 or 1000 GB. Claimed read and write speeds are sequential blocks 540 and 520 MB / s respectively. Drives can be used in ultrathin laptops and tablet computers - their thickness is only 3.85 millimeters, and weight is 8.5 grams. Related Products : | ||
