The announcement of video card on base of RV670 chip from AMD production was accelerated by seven days, and now the corresponding products will be available on 15 November . Thus, AMD representatives yesterday openly reported about products on base of RV670 … First, RV670 will be in the composition of spider platform , which will be based on AMD chipset 790FX (RD790) and four core phenom processors . The release of this platform is planned on November in the present year. RV670 will become the first 55 nm video chip in desktop segment . Finally, AMD representatives certified analysts, that the announcement of RV670 will be accompanied by the synchronous sales of appropriate video card. Speaking about the potential users reaction with RV670 release, Mr. Dirk Meyer , AMD President stated the following: users will fall in love. we hope that this statement will be reflected in the consumer characteristics of future graphic product AMD. | ||
