Developer of integrated circuits Baikal Electronics and a software development company Basalt ACT announced the creation of a full-featured software for processor-based systems architecture ARM v8 (AArch64). The release of client and server versions are expected later this year.
It is reported that the processor Baikal-M already have the build system and repository, containing about 10 thousand packets. This is the first stage. The second software will be tested on systems AArch64, and the third - already at Baikal-M.
