AMD has recently introduced mobile hybrid processors of the 7th generation, code-named Bristol Ridge.
The first test (3DMark) showed the expected results: integrated graphics processors AMD Intel i7-6500U far ahead of schedule.
In PCMark CPU Bristol Ridge was able to overtake Carrizo chip, but has lagged behind Intel i7-6500U. It is worth noting that the gap is only about 5%, despite the fact that both have the same TDP, but Intel's model is based on twice the finer process technology (14 nm, Skylake).
In the last two tests in the Cinebench benchmark, the new AMD processors compared with processors Carrizo and Kaveri generations. Here, as in the single-core and multi-core tests in, trends showed the expected results, ahead of the previous processors generation by about 12% and 10%, respectively. Here, again, the impact on the results of faster memory (DDR4-2400), as well as architectural improvements
