A -DATa Company some time ago retained the speed record for DDR3 memory modules ( A-DATA vitesta), which operated at 2 GHz frequency .
Then Kingston company released new memory modules witch work at 2133 MHz frequency .
In CeBIT 2008 A-DATA showed the series alpha memory , which attracts attention due to its cooling system. Buyers can select, the cooling system : From simple radiators , active two fans or even water block for extreme memory cooling.
