The ability to overclock Skylake processors without unlocked multiplier, on motherboards with chipsets other than Intel Z170, was realized, perhaps by all the manufacturers, but due to disagreement with Intel manufacturers abandoned this concept, and after the release of new BIOS versions, this feature was missing.  ASRock,  has created a series of boards Hyper OC, equipped with an external clock Hyper BCLK Engine, which allows to overclock processors by increasing the BCLK frequency  . About motherboards ASRock Hyper OC on chipset Intel H170 we have already mentioned, exactly as the board Fatal1ty Gaming K4 B150 / the Hyper .  Apart from these, there are three more ASRock motherboards with generators Hyper BCLK Engine -  model B150A-X1 / Hyper, B150M Pro4 / Hyper and H110-DS / Hyper.  These boards are an inexpensive solution. Motherboard B150A-X1 / Hyper and B150M Pro4 / Hyper based on Intel B150 chipset.  Differ in the external design, form factor (ATX and Micro-ATX, respectively), as well as sets of expansion slots.  B150A-X1 / Hyper features dual PCIe 3.0 x16 (x16 / x4) and three PCIe 2.0 x1, whereas B150M Pro4 / Hyper accommodate two PCIe 3.0 x16 (x16 / x4), and one PCIe 2.0 x1 and PCI.  They both have a 5-phase processor power system , four slots for DDR4 memory modules, connectors for the M.2 solid-state drives and six SATA 3.0 ports.  They also used audio codec Realtek ALC892, and Gigabit Ethernet controllers Intel i219V. ASRock H110-DS / Hyper is most affordable of the new products.  It is based on the Intel chipset H110 has a 4-phase CPU power, two DDR4 slots, one PCIe 3.0 x16 connector and the PCIe x1, and four ports SATA 3.0.  Also, this new product is equipped with Realtek ALC887 codec and Gigabit LAN controller Realtek RTL8111GR. Motherboard ASRock B150M Pro4 / Hyper and H110-DS / Hyper will be available in July.  the first will cost a little more than one hundred dollars, and the other - slightly less.   Related Products :
