Corsair has started selling modules Vengeance LED RAM, which were first presented earlier this month at the exhibition Computex 2016. These modules, as is clear from their names are equipped with LED backlight. According to the manufacturer, the new ideal for today's gaming systems, and they will appeal to enthusiasts and overclockers.
Modules Vengeance LED available in sets of two or four modules in volume 8 and 16 GB, that is, the total capacity can be set from 16 to 64 GB. At the moment, Corsair has released modules with frequencies from 2666 to 3466 MHz. Modules with an operating frequency of 2666 MHz are characterized by CL16-18-18-35 and an operating voltage of 1.2 V. The modules at a frequency of 3000 MHz have CL15-17-17-35 and working under voltage of 1.35 V. Finally, latency modules with frequencies of 3200, 3400 and 3466 MHz is characterized by the formula CL16-18-18-36, and their operating voltage is also equal to 1.35 V.
New products are available in versions with red and white LED backlight on a large aluminum heatsink. All new modules support overclocking Intel XMP 2.0 profiles.
