Samsung is working on a new flagship mobile processor Exynos 8895. It is expected, to replace the Exynos 8890, on the basis of which operating current flagship Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge and Galaxy Note 7.
The new Samsung Exynos 8895 chip, which is expected to form the basis of the next flagship Galaxy S8, at the beginning of the summer has arrived in India for further testing. It is made on 10-nanometer process technology. Also, sources told the publication that the composition enters the platform Exynos 8895 processor with a maximum clock frequency of 3 GHz. It can process images up to 70% faster than its predecessor. Along with the increase in performance Samsung will be able to reduce power consumption. Power Exynos 8895 will not exceed 5 watts.
Samsung Exynos 8895 has been tested in the Geekbench benchmark. It scored 2301 points in the single core test, and the result was 7019 points in the multi-core mode.
