Today samsung electronics company declared about the most rapid in the world solid-state drive (SSD) with 256 GB capacity .  The new disk is equipped with serial ATA2 interface and it is made on NAND- memory multi-level cell (MLC). It is reported that samsung 256GB SSD is also the thinnest device in its class.  Currently , the fastest SSD- disks were from super talent and Mtron companies , which released two disks close characteristics and data read rate . Now the samsung disk considerably exceeds them on speed. MLC 256GB SSD is equipped with highly effective controller on base of samsung technologies . 200 MB/s : read and even 160 MB/s : write.
