In January Intel promised to present in the fourth quarter this year the SSD series X25- E with 128 GB volume, based on the effective and high-speed solid-state memory SLC type . Memory on base of this type is used in the corporate segment and servers, where the high cost will move to the second plan, and reliability and speed are more value.
The passage of solid-state memory on 34 NM technical process allows Intel plans to be easily personified. Prior to the end of this year Intel will release the updated versions X25- E with 32 GB and 64 GB volume, which will gladden users with the lower price and improved speed. In the fourth quarter will appear the model X25- E with 128 GB volume.
In the second quarter 2010, Intel company will present the SSD series X25- E with 256 GB volume.
