Corsair company released only one SSD : CMFSSD-128GBG 1d, which capacity is 128 GB.  Now Corsair plans to release the second SSD- product : corsair s256, whose capacity is already 256 GB.  The 256- GB version is built with MLC- technologies Samsung application and new controller samsung S 3c29RBB01-YK40, furthermore, it has 64 MB cache., which considerably increases the SSD productivity in comparison with the first device. For testing the program HD tach was used, in which Corsair s256 showed the average reading speed ~200 MB/s , and writing 169,1 MB/s. Linear readout reached 248 MB/s , and the access time was equal to 0,1 ms. The Expected retail cost Of corsair p256 is $749. Related Products : | ||
