According to associate, before the end of year NVIDIA company will release 4-5 graphic processors, prepared with the application of 55- nm technological process . In the upper segment passage from the 65- nm to the 55- nm technical process can be seen with the GT200 and G92b . The G96, used on GeForce 9500 GT must be released to the end of present month. Moreover NVIDIA will release the 55- nm chips g94b (GeForce 9500 GT) and G98b (GeForce 9400) for the average and low segments market. In the end of year NVIDIA will complete the passage on 55- nm technical process . Passage to the new technology will allow NVIDIA to decrease expenditures for GPU production approximately by 20% . Furthermore the development stage of GPU production on 40- nm standard already started. The engineering models of such GPU can be finished by AMD and NVIDIA already to the end of this year. | ||
