AMD Plan to present the 45 nm four core processors deneb with 6 mb cache in the third level in the end of present year . It is known that the frequency of first models will reach 2.8 GHz, but the TDP level in this case will not exceed 95 W.  AMD Processors with the passage on 45 nm technology will obtain the design concept socket AM3 and the memory controller with DDR2 and DDR3 support . New 45 nm processors can work also in socket AM2/AM2+ motherboards , but in this case they will be limited to DDR2 memory .   Today appeared the screen shot of the engineering model deneb, this time we have the processor photograph and the test results in Super PI 1M. This processor was released in the second-half of April 2008. Since this is an engineering model, irs multiplier was unlocked and associate reached the frequencies 2.2-2.8 GHz with 1.224 v, and then the frequency 3.0 GHz with 1.336 v . With 1.568 v (according to CPU- Z data ) the processor was able to overclock up to  3.44 GHz,  and at this frequnciy it execuited the super pi test (1 mb) in  20,515 seconds. The same calculation at 2.8 GHz was executed in 25,109 seconds. Note with the close conditions 65 nm processor phenom X4 at 2.8 GHz execute this test approximately 10-12% slower.
