Asus company presented a new motherboard on base of Intel p45 chipset : Asus maximus II Gene. The producer assumes that such systems will receive a wide acceptance in Europe and Japan. Asus maximus II Gene is a sufficiently powerful product, equipped with a pair of PCIe x16, one PCIe x1 and one PCI. Furthermore, this device is equipped with four memory slots , seven SATA slots, IDE and one firewire controller . The motherboard chipset is passively cooled and equipped with small heat pipe . | ||
