As reports  associate with the reference to analytical report jon peddie research, a correction was observed on the market of graphical solutions. In particular, the deliveries volumes in the first quarter 2009 grew by 3,29% in comparison with the fourth quarter 2008. This is especially symbolic, if we consider a traditional seasonal drop in the deliveries volumes by  4,31% in this period in the last eight years.  However, in the annual expression the dynamics is negative: in the first quarter, this year it was dispatched up to 21,1% graphical solutions less than in the analogous period last year. The deliveries volumes of graphical solutions changed as follows on the passage from the fourth quarter 2008 to the first quarter 2009: AMD decreased by 8,5%, Intel company increased by 7,5%, and for NVIDIA the increase composed 4,8%. It is interesting that matrox company within this period demonstrated a gain in realization volume by up to 8,3%. If we speak about the dynamics of market share, then for Intel company it was possible to preserve positive direction both in the annual and in the quarterly expression. In the fourth quarter 2008 in Intel portion was 47,7% of market for graphical solutions, in the first quarter 2009 its portion grew to 49,2%.  NVIDIA Company for the last year period lost market some share, but in the first quarter this year it increased from 30,6% to 31,1%. For AMD company in the quarterly expression, it decreased from 19,3% to 17,1%. Small producers : VIA/S3, Matrox and SiS - also got a reduced portion from 6% to 2,1%. Jon peddie research Analysts expect that the second half-year will revive the market for graphical solutions - not only due to the announcement of new products, but also due to the financial infusions in the economy, the influence of traditional seasonal factors and the near announcement of Windows 7 and mac OS X 10.6.
