Apple Vice President ,Philip Shiller presented the updated notebook models macBook pro with 15 inches displays.
New models are equipped with the same tight battery as the Unibody- model macBook pro 17 , which allow to increase the off-line operation time without recharging to 7 hours, and the battery life from 300 to 1000 recharge cycles . In the new macBook pro, there is no slot express Card : instead of it apple for the first time equipped notebooks with card reader SD. The low-end current model is up to $300 cheaper than the most inexpensive macBook pro 15 past generation. User can increase the memory volume to 8 GB, processor frequency to 3,06 GHz. Optionally SSD disks are also accessible with 256 GB volume . Simultaneously Apple a little updated the characteristics of macBook pro 17 : the base model is now equipped with the processor core 2 Duo 2,8 GHz and with hard disk with 500 GB volume, and its price is reduced by $300 to $2499 (in USA). | ||
