It was considered that atom processors on pineView core with the integrated graphic will be presented in the second-half present year, supposedly, during September. On computex 2009 exhibitions , Intel partners demonstrated the notebook models on the base of these processors, and one of the top Intel managers even expressed hope for superiority of pineView graphic system over existing integrated NVIDIA chipset on the speed level .
Associate reported yesterday that atom n270 processor will be replaced by the first model pineView during October present year. As it is known, the atom n280 processor was removed due to the limited demand; therefore, the successor Of atom n270 should be considered Atom n450 , pineView with the integrated graphic core. This 45 nm single core processor will possess a built-in memory controller , and its companion will become the chipset NM10 (Tiger point), which plays the role of south bridge. Atom n270 order will cease in the first quarter 2010, and deliveries will cease to the middle of year. Integrated graphic cores and memory controller for the first time appeared in Intel processors , oriented to use in notebooks. In the beginning of 2010 will be presented Intel desktop processors with the built-in graphic core, which have two-chip layout and general packing. | ||
