We already reported that video cards on base of RV870 chip will have 1600 stream processors, if the existing information about their characteristics proves to be truth. This is two times faster than RV770/RV790. The real incremental value in speed will hardly reach 100%, since in the video card, there are some bottlenecks. The Video chip under the code name juniper or RV840 must replace Radeon HD 4770 (RV840), it will open access to directX 11 supports to users, who are not ready to spend more than $250. Associate reports that video cards on base of RV870 chip must obtain 1600 stream processors and GDDR-5 memories, which works at up to 5 GHz QDR frequencies.  RV840 Chip will obtain 800 stream processors against 640 pieces in RV740, this will ensure an increase in the speed level from present Radeon HD 4870 or Radeon HD 4850.
